• Involved in complete technical documentation for customers that includes network, PMR, SLA, SIR, daily alarm and OOS reports.
• Skillfully managed changes to the network, installed (Telecom, EM, Civil) and upgraded equipment, prepared HO5 documents and managed the inspection process up to on-air status.
