Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for
construction-related activities.
Maintains strong client, contractor, supplier, and stakeholder relations, including making presentations as appropriate.
Oversees and directs construction project from conception to completion / handover.
Oversees all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Anticipates and resolves various problems such as changes in scope, slippage of schedules, and budget overruns.
Ensures that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients,
including formal presentations.
Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies.

Coordinate overall MEP related delivery requirements with the Client, users, and other program entities.
Provide site support in conformance to project standards and specifications.
Provide the Utilities-MEP team with a consolidated view of the performance and progress of all projects, timely alerts
and escalates the issues when necessary to avoid deviation from Delivery strategy.
Manages contractor’s/ subcontractor’s manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize project efficiency, maintain
schedules, and meet budgetary goals as appropriate.
Determines budget estimate updates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
Conducts performance evaluations and recommends promotions and salary actions.
Oversees and directs construction project from conception to completion / handover.
Supervision, review and approve the subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to maintain control of project schedules and
costs to avoid cost overruns.
Establishes assignments for Construction Management team for various work areas of construction operations,
monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary.
Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and
minimum cost.

works.
Ensuring construction works are adequately planned, controlled, and executed conform to functional specifications and
customer requirements.
Ensuring appropriate levels of coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and other interfacing parties.
Auditing work executed by the contractor in order to achieve safe, successful execution of the project.

•Review the shop drawings, technical submittals, damples, time schedules and As-built drawings submitted from the cotractors .
•Inspect and test all works (Internal works for all building types, treatment station, desalination station, Lift station, transformer rooms, Medium voltage Infra works, Low voltage Infra works, T.V. infra works, Termination for medium and low voltage cable, Earthing systems, installation of RMU's & MDB's and 22/0.4 KV transformers, Low voltage distribution panels for housing units feeding (secondary distribution boards, Pillars, Housing coffree's & junction boxes ) and prepare the comments sheet for these works
•Review the monthly bills submitted by the contactors according to the approved bills of quantities (BOQ's)
•Prepare the Snag list for the contractors after last inspection of the finalized works
•Prepare the Preliminary and Final Handing Over's for all works after determine the ramping or discount rates according to the snag list.
•Inspect the samples submitted from the contractors
•Interpreting the tender documents concerning electrical works such as BOQ, drawings, specification and contract conditions.
•Produce Request’s for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders on a project basis at a technical and commercial level.
•Prepare, review and develop the cost estimation of tender, including the direct costs and indirect, overhead breakdown for final approval, cash flow and submit technical and financial proposals for bids
•Electrical distribution systems design such as:
- Medium Voltage (M.V Switch Gear, Transformers and M.V Cables).
- Low Voltage (Distribution Panel Boards, MCC Panels, Lighting, Wiring Devices, UPS, Generators and L.V Cables).
- Low Current systems (CCTV, Fire detection and Telephone/ Data network) and Instrumentation design.
•Develop projects from concept to completion.
•Ensure the preparation and revision of electrical shop drawings and materials submittal.
•Produce requests for quotation and purchase orders on a project basis at a technical and commercial level.
•Directs activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and testing, start-up and commissioning conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.

•Interpreting the tender documents concerning building automation and electrical control panels works such as BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
•Follow the installation of integrated building management system (BMS), field instruments, cables, cable trunks and carry out loops checking in cooperation with third party systems vendors.
•Supervising, startup, commissioning, maintain and final handing over building automation, motor control center and electromechanical equipment.
•Coordinating with mechanical engineers regarding mechanical system’s electrical issues.
•Directed and managed maintenance programs for HVAC power and control systems based on BMS system.
•Maintained inventory of materials, spare parts and equipments; audited usage; and coordinated with suppliers to ascertain smooth execution of project activities.
•Reviewed incoming materials to ensure their conformance with purchase orders, as well as ascertained material certifications comply with project specifications.
•Drafted Overage, shortage & damaged (OS&D) reports as well as attended material control meetings to discuss issues pertaining to material management operations of the department.
•Responsible of all electrical phases of HVAC systems and lead an installation team of engineers, electricians and draughts men,
•Interpreting the tender documents concerning all electrical phases of HVAC systems such as BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
•Study the electrical loads of HVAC systems; produce load calculations, cable selection and design building automation panels and motor control center panels.
•Follow the installation of field instruments, control systems, cables, cable trays and trunks and carry out loops checking.
•Startup, commissioning, maintain, training and final handing over of HVAC equipment’s.
•Plan and schedule the delivery of large technical projects and provide reports and key performance indicators on sites progress.
