Assist the HR Department in establishing labor and work policies in compliance with Saudi Laws and Regulations.
Advise the Board of Directors of Jawa Group and related companies in all legal issues.
Draft and review different types of agreements and business transactions of Jawa Group.

Ensure legal compliance of Jawa Group activities with Saudi Laws and GCC laws as required.

Training and upgrading the skills of MCI legal team in issues related to WTO trade remedy investigations.
Preparing internal guides and published manuals explaining the trade remedies tools and procedures to assist the KSA domestic producers and exporters.
Consulting the Deputy Minister of Technical Affairs in the MCI in taking decisions concerning anti-dumping, subsidy and safeguard investigations.
Preparing analyses and legal memoranda concerning the WTO Dispute Settlement cases and reports concerning anti-dumping, subsidy and safeguard cases.
Assisting the KSA producers in filing trade remedy complaints to the GCC.
Assisting the KSA producers and exporters in legal defense against trade remedy investigations initiated by other countries.
Participating in drafting KSA's negotiation positions on WTO Trade Remedies.
Drafting and amending KSA Laws and Regulations concerning WTO trade remedies.
Analyzing, studying and preparing reports concerning the WTO panel and appellate body reports that are published by the DSB on different cases.
Reviewing reports of anti-dumping, subsidy and safeguard investegations from a legal perspective before they are adopted to be sure that the measures are consistent with KSA’s WTO commitments.
Advising the MCI in legal defense against WTO trade remedy investigations and measures applied by other WTO members against KSA companies.
Drafting legal analyses on trade remedy investigations conducted by the GCC.
Holding training programs on trade remedy to the Governmental employees and KSA industry.
Consulting MENA competent authorities and governmental bodies in taking decisions concerning anti-dumping, subsidy and safeguard investigations.
Assisting MENA producers in filing trade remedy complaints to their competent authorities and to handle the case procedures.
