Responsible for Planning &Scheduling section of Project Control Department, Establishing Project's Baseline Master Plan, and develop a detailed schedules using Primavera Project Planner
Create the Project Plans and Provide work direction as required in the preparation of planning, Scheduling, control systems for Planning Team.
Provide staffing guidance to Engineering, Procurement and Construction supervisors in the areas of planning and scheduling by analysing and evaluating all relevant data.
Monitoring and Control the Progress of work to be adhered to planned schedules and achieving the project milestone dates.
Updating Project's Schedules and preparing Recovery Schedules when needed.
Weekly alarming and Progress Observation, Monitoring and follow up for Project Different Stages (Design, Procurements and Construction).
Monitoring and Follow Up for Updated Project Schedule and Monthly Look Ahead to cover all Construction Requirements, Focus on a filters of needed activities(Drawings, Materials, etc..) coordinated with Concerned Department.
Produced Client / Consultant Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Cost Breakdown &Resource allocation.
Prepare Cash Flow & S-Curve .
Attend All needed Meetings with all concerned Parties (Consultant, Designer, …..) to cover and identify all Project Risks
Project included, ADMINISTRATION & SERVICE AREA FOR IIC - EGYPTIAN STEEL (120 MILLIONS)
* Responsible and control the RFT and concrete Ratios in the all structural elements (Raft,
Columns& walls, Beams and Post tension slabs and post tension cables weight) between the
inventory, the contract and shop drawings Quantity.
* Surveying to make the procurement order and payments preparation of invoices for
sub-contractors and vendors.
* Coordinate with the project team, Develops submittal log.
* Responsible for projects execution from site preparation to final inspection and project delivery.
Worked on all of the company's major projects,
* Work actives included, soil investigation, surveying, concrete foundations, steel and concrete
structures, utilities, finishing works, mechanical and electrical installations.
* Interacting directly with suppliers and vendors and Responsible for exchange the contractors
invoices as per the quality and administrative procedures.
* Worked directly with the designers and the clients through all phases of the project
constructions.
Project included, MOSHEER MOSQUE- 5th
settlement NEW CAIRO (100 millions).
, Hotel for military officers, Ismailia water treatment station 500m3, Sewer line pipe
working and manhole installation(15 millions
included complete analysis and designing of structural elements using
computer programs and spread sheets or manual design.
* Preparing, modifying and review of structural drawings before issuing them for tender or
construction. Interacting with architects and providing on-going consultation.
Projects included, Concrete and Steel Hangers design, Shobra and Elwaraa & Marina, Highway Tunnel 19m
width, Culverts of Regional Ring Road, Rooming valve 1000 mm diameter of feed line of
Cairo, Swimming pool and Underground tanks.
