i. Soor fuel Marketing ( ALFA ): From 11/11/2015 till now:
…(Soor Co. owns more than 42 fuel station - ALFA stations- )…
A) Accountant in the Finance department (Head office):
1. Monitoring the station fuel sales and inventory.
2. Posting all the fuel station’s transactions on the co. system (SAP).
3. Monitoring the cash flow of the stations.
4. Bank and cash reconciliations.
5. Monitoring the stations services and other products sales.
6. Fuel Reconciliation to prepare the payment to the fuel suppliers co.
7. Monitor the profit of each extra product and Service contract rather than Fuel sales to prepare our future plans in Preparing Budgets .
8. Preparing Customer and vendor cheques .
9. Preparing payment by bank transfer and monitoring petty cash .
10. Monitoring the bank accounts and Making Bank reconciliation .

A) Small and Medium Business Officer ( Corporate ):
1. Open new corporate accounts that have annual turnover from Zero to 25 Million EGP per Year.
2. Monitor all existed corporate accounts in the branch ( about 500 account as the Branch is open since 1980 )
3. Open none profit organizations (schools, charities and other) to approach staff payrolls and also Time deposits and other bank services.
4. Analyse the company financial position to offer facilities to the company like loans, Overdrafts, LC’s, LG’s, Credit Cards, Outgoing Transfer and IDC’s and all other services that the company needs (Some companies depends on local markets, other depends on export or import ).
5. Open new as well as serving existing Prestige and private customers ( the owners of the companies ) .
6. Monitor our department contribution of the Net Profit Income of the Branch .

B) Act as head of operation :Head of operations Replacement (From 01/2011 till 01/2013) In the main Branch In Alex with authorized signature verified in the central bank of Egypt ( B1183 ) :
1. Monitoring the Branch operations and deals.
2. Management of branch cash limit.
3. Managing flow for local and foreign currency.
4. Manage the deals with Foreign Currency exchange companies and also manage the pool of the Foreign Currencies to face the requirements of the companies as well as the Normal Clients.
5. Coordinate the deals of Branches and the main Branch for reallocation of the Currencies to face their needs.
6. Coordinate the deals of Branches with the Central Bank Of Egypt (for the excess of the local Currencies as we didn’t have upper or lower limits for cash deposit or withdrawals).
7. Monitor applying the Bank Procedures and policies.
8. Manage the Branch administrations and maintenance issues.
9. Proceed extremely cost reduction for the Branch (Papers, fuel for cars, administration and maintenance expenses and all other expenses that not consider as value added).
10. Reduction of the opportunity loss that faces the Branch or even the other Branches in Alexandria as we are responsible over 10 Branches in Alexandria included us.
11. First level of Control in Operation and cash Transaction.
12. Improving the stuff Cross-Selling.


C ) Customers' Service operation (From 06/2009 till 01/2011):
1. Internal transfer as well as Outgoing transfers l .
2. Cheques and bills collection.
3. Manage cheque that collected by swift.
4. Preparation of payrolls (i.e. salaries of employees of big companies).
5. Preparing the whole branch expenses.
6. Implement the bank policy fees on customers' accounts.
7. Serve clients for solving any problem.
8. Receiving clients' requests related to their accounts.

D) Uni-teller (Then act as ahead of cash area)From 06/2007 to 06 / 2009 :
1. Managing of cash deposits and withdrawals from clients.
2. Inspecting cash and bundling it.
3. Management of cash area limit.
4. Management of branch cash limit.
5. Managing shipments in and out for local and foreign currency.
6. Manage the deals with forex exchange co.
7. Exchange of foreign currency.
8. Cross selling of Bank products.

b) Customer service team leader :
1. Prepare offers to overcome problems of membership's renewal.
2. Receiving problems from customer service executives, filtering them under supervision of board of directors.

3. Helping team leaders for solving major problems.
4. Prepare plans for coming events.
5. Creation of new department just for a limited time for renewal season and putting control system for its control.
