B) Act as head of operation :Head of operations Replacement (From 01/2011 till 01/2013) In the main Branch In Alex with authorized signature verified in the central bank of Egypt ( B1183 ) :
1. Monitoring the Branch operations and deals.
2. Management of branch cash limit.
3. Managing flow for local and foreign currency.
4. Manage the deals with Foreign Currency exchange companies and also manage the pool of the Foreign Currencies to face the requirements of the companies as well as the Normal Clients.
5. Coordinate the deals of Branches and the main Branch for reallocation of the Currencies to face their needs.
6. Coordinate the deals of Branches with the Central Bank Of Egypt (for the excess of the local Currencies as we didn’t have upper or lower limits for cash deposit or withdrawals).
7. Monitor applying the Bank Procedures and policies.
8. Manage the Branch administrations and maintenance issues.
9. Proceed extremely cost reduction for the Branch (Papers, fuel for cars, administration and maintenance expenses and all other expenses that not consider as value added).
10. Reduction of the opportunity loss that faces the Branch or even the other Branches in Alexandria as we are responsible over 10 Branches in Alexandria included us.
11. First level of Control in Operation and cash Transaction.

1. Internal transfer as well as Outgoing transfers l .
