RICOH Product Manager
Setting up sales targets, planning and achieving targets with principals and sales team.

Achieving individual sales monthly target, net activation 100% (Quantitative), enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction and ensure proper collection of required documents
Preparing training material, setting training outlines, delivering soft skills and products & services training.

Leading new comers till joining the operation, setting action plans for improvement, monitoring and coaching the team according to Monitoring Criteria.

Delivering daily briefing, assisting floor inquiries, handling hard calls and customers’ call backs.
Supports and provides superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction
