Managing recruitment strategies and activities to fulfill C-level and technical level Profession for key clients from different sectors.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising assigned employees in Talent Acquisition, ensuring service and delivery excellence.
Designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising, and monitoring the recruiting team's performance.
Working as a business partner with existing clients to maintain and develop the business relation and insure high standard of services level.
Identify suitable recruitment Channels to start sourcing the workforce market for the right candidates.
Source and interview Senior level positions from different sectors.
Responsible of all manpower and recruitment activities ranging from senior level managers to skilled technicians.
For two major Divisions:
-Alfanar electrical Division (factories/Manufacturing and Sales)
-Facilities Management Department which includes: Admin services, Staff Housing, Catering and Fleet.
Key Activities:
Control, maintain, and update manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
Regular meetings and follow-ups with department managers to review and update the current manpower plan and the job desertion of the recruitment.
Identify suitable recruitment channel to start sourcing the workforce market for the right candidates matching the job requirements, using various online and offline sources such as, LinkedIn, Career website, local data base, recruitment agencies, referrals and connections.
Interview candidates up to highest level, shortlist the most suitable and provide feedback to the department Manager.
Select the right candidate for the right place with coordination with department managers.
Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Arranging and manage recruitment campaign from A to Z, coordination with abroad agencies, travel for personal interviews, shortlist and select the suitable candidates.
Issue recruitment related documents, and draft employment offer and appointment letters for selected candidates using SAP.
Using SAP ERP system for receiving and approving recruitment requisitions from Business unit managers. Constant follow up with agencies and selected candidate during their visa process.
Monthly Meeting with BOD to review the recruitment status.
Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records. Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis. Generate recruitment related reports.
Email based customer support for web applications of a US based client.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting
information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Solving technical and financial issues.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Telephone customer service for Telecommunication Company based in UAE.
Handle and Satisfy Customers over the phone.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
