Instrumental in conceptualizing projects strategies to enlarge the core quality base of services provided towards customer by planning and implementing processes to drive business volume growth by implementing quality performance satisfactory towards contractor’s performance in maintenance.
Throughout preparing annual maintenance budgeting reports and review scope of work, technical and commercial offers along with project engineers. More over review of detailed designs, technical query, bid packages, final completion packages.
Monitoring engineering activities with respect to site requirements and time schedule.
I worked with geotechnical contractor as project engineer supervising the project activities according to project specifications as independent site management.
Involved in preparation of SOW, pre contract design and procurement phase for consultant and contractors appointments, tender review, evaluation and recommendation to Client.
Controlling the project program & cost, coordination with the design team on all aspect of the design and construction matters. Keep controls and records of all approvals, program, BOQ and cost for completion of the project success. Manage the all types of quality control testing; suggest solution for benefit of the project and Corresponding client and contractors.
