• Develop and Implement the Health & Safety Management system in compliance with MLC’s Health & Safety Policies, local statutory requirements, and international best practice standards on all MLC Projects.
• Manage H&S compliance monitoring through leading, advising and directing of H&S management concerns.
• Conduct H&S evaluations on Contractors, Vendors, and independent inspection agencies to assess their competence with regards to Health and Safety.
• Establish programs to improve Health & Safety compliance in all Projects by providing innovative solutions, with the support from fellow professionals, and maintain continuous improvement of Health & Safety.
• Establish H&S engagement programs, with all project stakeholder management teams, that helps and encourages the Project to maintain and improve the Health & Safety performance and levels of compliance.
• Review Contractor’s incident reporting, investigation, and data analysis to ensure the implementation of proactive recommendations, aimed at preventing reoccurrence of such incidents.
• Develop and implement methods of training and awareness that improve the safety culture of contractor employees, utilizing all methods of communication and media.
• Provide advice and support in the development and implementation of Contractor Health & Safety Construction Plans.
• Responsible for Identifying and understanding appropriate regulations and participating in compliance-gap analysis.
• Planed and implemented safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including ILO in Occupational Safety and Health & ISO 45001.

• Attend in H2S Release Drills and play as essential member in emergency response team.

• Maintaining all documentations regarding hazardous tasks needed to be undertaken, such as JSA, FLHA,
• WAP, Safety Equipemts Inspections Schedules, Functions Tests and Calibration Records.

• Develop plans for the health and safety that are aligned to the AW&PT’s requirements

• Analyze possible job hazards and risks on a regular basis and put required preventive measures in place
• Establish emergencies response and evacuation procedures and review periodically
• Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external
health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence
• Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safe and
healthy working environment and that the organization complies with all current and future regulations
and laws, and the organization’s safety policies and standards
• Ensure updated health and safety statistics are displayed at prime company facilities
• Supervise the application and improvement of all relevant safety, health and environmental management
related policies, procedures and controls.
Bachelor Degree ( Honor) 5 years in Petroleum Engineering
