I support the establishment and maintenance of a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) microbiology laboratory and cGMP production
facility via establishment of microbiological SOP (Stander operator procedure) execution of environmental monitoring protocols; and testing of components, in-process and final product samples.
- Perform growth promotion testing of microbiological media.
- Maintain microbiological cultures.
- Conduct environmental monitoring (viable air, viable surface, non-viable particulate) of new production facility, and
maintain the environmental monitoring database and trending program.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of critical laboratory supplies.
- Support sterilization validation and cleaning validation studies, as appropriate.
-I have Bachelor degree in Microbiology from faculty of science Total Grade "Good" (73.6%) 4th year grade "Excellence" (88%) -My search graduation in food poisoning by salmonella and (HACCP) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point
