Cash Van Sales Supervisor Al Khober
• Senior Level - highly experience in customer coverage and open new customers in Damamm, Jubil, & Al Qatif and Al hassa.
• Ensure all sales routes under my supervision have up to date route plans.
Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.
Ensure that all routes under my supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable Product to service their outlets daily as per the company must stock list.
Responsible to ensure that outlets under my supervision meet the companies ’Picture of Success’ standards.
Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in my team.
Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under my area of supervision.
Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for my supervisory area.
Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards.
Responsible to ensure that salesmen under my control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit daily.
• Conduct daily sales meetings.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Ensure all sales routes under my supervision have up to date route plans.
• Responsible to Ensure that the Customers take the correct KBD

• Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards.

• Achieve 100% in distribution New Arial Power Gel.
• Full Line Distribution / Product Availability: Ensuring 100 % of Core SKUs are available at 100 % of Stores, 100 % of the time.
• Display and Feature: Share of Display and Feature > or = in Store Volume Share.
• Staying Competitive while attaining pricing Strategy across both Tiers
• Merchandizing: Applying the right Plan-O-gram at all Stores.
Hair Care and Personal Beauty Care
• Ensure that Full Line / Size Distributions are available at 100 % of Stores.
• Ensure that Shelf Share = Volume Share and Premium Brands ( Pantene and H&S) shelf Share = 70 % of total P&G Share and 30% of P&G shelf Share For Mid-Tier ( Pert and Herbal Essences)
• Ensure Value : the Price Vs. Competition
• Team leader, who has covered 100% of the customers in Asyut.
