- Responsible for the selection of the materials and finishes to set the overall color scheme and mood of a project.
- Reviewing Time Schedule for the project and plan for initiation of the FF&E process and setting time frames.
- Leading and assisting junior FF&E designers.
- Developing furniture plans and mood boards.
- Sourcing, sampling and budgeting FF&E Designs.
- Prepare schemes and sample boards including fabrics and accessories.
- Prepare a spec sheet and drawings for Custom made items.
- Prepare a complete B.O.Q of all the items needed.
- Work with a given budget or in reverse surveying and calculating the expected budget.
- Contacting and coordinating with suppliers to get offers.
- Collecting several offers to determine the best quality and price.
- Inspection visits for pre-qualification and approval of manufacturers and suppliers.
- Collecting and approving samples, creating a sample library for ongoing and future projects.
- Assisting the commercial department with the procurement process.
- Coordinating with other departments and consultants, attending meetings and site visits to ensure the overall design deliveries are carried through.
- Attend the site delivery to ensure the correct implementation.
- Surveying the market to stay up to date with the latest and have complete market awareness.
- Travelling and attending shows and exhibitions for FF&E.
- Performing additional duties those may enhance the development of this business.
Working with both residential and corporate projects.
( Furnishing over 1500 Emolyees and managers withing different prestigious projects )
• Managing the project from the initial drafts and presentations.
• Communicating with the client through the theme and selection.
• Submitting multi proposals and modifying according to client's requirements.
• Managing the establishment and coordinating between different sections of the project i.e. Site consultant.
• Follow up the setup and operation, day to day business aspects i.e. meetings and material selection.
• Establishing a strong Relation with clients.
• Preparing Quotes
• Working closely with the process up to the final delivery.
• Performing additional duties those may enhance the development of this business.
• Preparing as built drawings.
• Preparing multi proposals and layouts.
• Applying modifications according to client's requirements.
• Developing furniture design and fit out solutions.
• Coordinating between different sections of the project.
• Preparing Quotes.
• Supervising works on site to assure correct execution.

• Preparing as built drawings.
