• Create and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports cascading per each department (Medical, Marketing, CRM) and identify trends and developments in competitive environments with corrective Action reporting directly to CFO.

• Finalize monthly, quarterly target for each specialty breakdown per doctor considering Industry Analysis, Benchmark, Supply and Demand on Medical Services, Seasonality, SWAT Analysis, Cost Analysis.

• Evaluate doctor`s performance on daily basis compared with target and historical achieved, and perform recommendation and corrective action for low Utilization, lost revenue and Casemix referral.

• Support medical directors by Cost reduction analysis, doctor’s multiplier & bonus and Cashback, and monitor on HR recruitment Activities.
• Calculate productivity for CRM & Call Center per agent and perform No Show and Pareto analysis.

• Evaluate Marketing team performance (digital, Community, Corporate and Insurance) on weekly, monthly basis, Cost benefit analysis and succeed & failed Campaigns and Activities.

• Prepare financial forecasting and segmentation for Digital leads per offer on each platform, and ROI, opportunity cost and Scenario Analysis.

Prepare Full financial analysis of the firm (Ratio analysis, Industry analysis,
and Risk analysis
• Filter all new contract to evaluate if they are potential customer and can be
bankable
• Manage the client financial problems and aiding them to solve these problems
and plan the client loan approvals to face Risk committee inquiries in banks
and to make sure that all potential inquires and questionable area has been
covered with reasonable reason
• Prepare debt run off schedule to provide the best settlement structure the
lowest interest incurred taking into consideration cost of debt and profit
margin of the clients
• Prepare the credit memo & Suggest the Best financing model for the client.
• Analyze clients Bank statements and their I-Score
• participate in leadership on financial and risk management issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and finalizing the annual
closing and financial statements as per approved deadlines.
• Coordinate with bankers and manage financing.

Review clients finance applications for approval or rejection
• Educate clients of the available credit tools in the market
• Ensure clients documents updated for approval
• Contact with clients for any required data
• Working closely with Departments for various projects & decision making
