1- Manage Support SLA
2- Generate Periodic Reports,
3- Communicate with business users to understand their requirements,
4- Provide training and resolve the technical issues and problems.

My responsibility includes Managing customer installation engineering items by completing analysis and performing gap analysis based on customer requirements, Coordinate training, resources and lead customer concerns to resolution, Conduct status meeting to communicate objectives clearly and accurately to management
