I am in charge of handling costumer's complaint and inquiries in general for their stays on Hotels advertised on our platform.
I have studied English for business communication.I have learned multiple skills such as professional translation,Business writing,and Marketing. During 3 years of Study,My classmates and I worked on several projects such as creating a startup as a graduation project. We named it " Record'in".It was a startup that facilitates the booking process of studios for artist to record their new songs and releases.
