Ticketing and hotel reservations using GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre and Farelogix.
Answering inbound calls and doing ticketing exchange, cancelation, refunds and all transactions is according to vendor policies.
Install electrical equipment and distribution boards.
Replace electrical parts.
Preventive maintenance.
Our client was “IEOC” in their marine base in Port said and Alexandria to serve their sea tugs and handling their cargos, which is usually pipes or drilling equipment, and various types of goods.
My daily routine is filtered in the following:
1- Organize work daily for our workers and equipment according to client needs.
2- Follow up daily with equipment needs like (Gasoline - wash - Maintenance - Training)
3- Attend daily meetings with client Material & HSSEQ supervisors and Base manager
4- Observe and correct any outlined behavior by equipment or workers
5- Organize work between workers and assign equipment operators daily
6- Report client activities as preventive procedure to adapt my work path upon it.
7- Order any procurements needed for the base or the equipment
8- Follow up with workers needs and complaints
9- Rearrange equipment locations and workers as per client needs
10- Report any information needed by the client to Medserv management HQ in Cairo
11- Record daily timesheets for workers and equipment and sign it by the client daily
12- Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules with maintenance agencies
13- Observe and report everything unusual
14- Handling Betty cash report
Import Leather produts:
Importing leather products from Turkey in order to distribute it in the local market and maintaining a record for the suppliers account and the clients accounts.
Ship supply:
Receive quotations from our client and pricing them and then receive the P.O. to proceed with the items purchase and deliver it to the Tugs onboard.
Agency :
Beside the ship supply, our ompany gave the client the agency service including the discharge of disposed materials.
IT technician & Systems Administrator:
Perform daily check on the network system and antivirus integrity
Check network devices and configure routing and switching protocol if needed
Check internet ADSL connectivity and limitation to specific users through ISA server
Check exchange server and maintain accounts
Check the accounting application and troubleshoot connectivity problems
Arrange daily backup for whole application server
Prepare daily activity report
Maintenance Electrician:
Extend cables and trays
Install security cameras and identity scanners
Perform daily check on the power system supply panels and network load
Fix AC Motors and turbines
Build power distribution panels and repair components
Fix and replace sensors and proximity systems
Make a preventive maintenance tour and check production equipment daily
Integrate telephone system and switches
Install and replace electrical components and maintain light system
Maintain production equipment electrical control systems and timing
Help Desk:
Troubleshoot users connectivity & printing issues.
