Primary Responsibilities (management, Sales, Business development):

 Implement overall business management/sales strategy in the Middle East region in line with the strategic business plan from EagleBurgmann Division Expansion Joints (DIVEJ).
 Manage EagleBurgmann Expansion Joints sales and service organization (6 people) in the region to develop sales and significantly grow market shares
 Organize and provide product & application trainings for expansion joints regional staff
 Facilitate cooperation with different production sites (United States, Denmark, India, Singapore)
 Regular visits to customers and engineering support for chosen projects
 Project Manager function over special projects in the region
 Coordinate and support business development activities with International Projects function within RMT ME.
 Update and train the sales team on any new product development, sales techniques, technical aspects of products and services
 Prepare monthly business report to regional and divisional Management






Projects responsibilities:
 Coordination, supervision and inspection on projects sites to make sure smooth work flow.
 Supervise and inspect the team at site to make sure the team comply with health and safety rules and regulations, environmental policies and general duty of care, including promoting safe behaviors, confront any unsafe act, and eliminating any unsafe condition
 Review engineering drawing with technical person to make sure everything match as required.
 Attend technical meeting with concern department to plan and meet the project timeline.


Achievement:

• Organize sales department by hiring and assigning sales persons for each area in Saudi Arabia to cover the market in more effective way.
• Link EagleBurgmann name and our distributor in Saudi Arabia with all key customers purchasing system.
• Sign contract with SABIC for 2 years.
• Increase sales by 30% in 2014.
• Establish wide customer base for the business.
• Register the company with EPC contractors in the kingdom.
• Register the company with private companies (chemical and Petro-chemical).
• Increase the awareness of products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:
• To develop the business of MOLYKOTE Specialty lubricant and Dow Corning industrial sealant in Middle East.
• Manage distribution partner network for targeted market segments.
