Job Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed plans and schedules, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
• Provide strong leadership and motivation to ground crews, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft passengers / guests
• Effectively communicate instructions to team members, ensuring clarity and understanding Maximize space utilization by distributing passengers/guests strategically.
• Interacting with the clients to provide superior and consistent quality travel experience. Maintain a high quality of customer service.
• Collaborate with helicopter pilots via radio communication to coordinate landing and takeoff from the helipad
• Ensuring the accuracy of the sales and payments and Petty Cash custodian
• Calculate load weights for different aircraft compartments using charts and computer systems Organize luggage, arrange items, and oversee helicopter refueling processes
• Marshal the aircraft for take-off and landing. Maintain the security and safety of passengers on the ramp, emphasizing life jacket safety in conjunction with seat belts. Execute foreign object debris checks on the ramp to avoid any accidents.
• Monitor the equipment and instruments and, on larger helicopters, instruct and supervise the crew members.
• Commit and participate in Environment, Health and Safety programs including adhering to and implementing approved safety regulations. Report HSR hazards, incidents as per the company procedures.
