• Periodic Reporting of Performance.

• Monitoring global KPI and managing implementation of performance -enhancing solution and new feature.
• Observing the BSC /RNC performance in the assigned geographical rule.
• Initiating the process of network expansions.
• Leading the testing of new features and generating the required evaluation and recommendation reports.
• Training, motivation, and supporting the optimization engineers of his section to transfer optimization knowledge, meet the targeted KPIs and ensure a smooth work flow.

• Managing the communication channels with the OMC/Projects/QA/Planning/Marketing regarding optimization procedures as well as troubleshooting strategies.
• Improving Knowledge of implementing network feature, and staying up-to-date with new technologies to be a technical supporting entity within the optimization department.
• Plane ahead and ensure of the availability of system data and files.
• Preparing detailed and periodic optimization and DT plots and documents to assist in the negotiations with vendors within the covered areas.
• Decision making and problem solving along with the ability to evaluate any parameters changing
• Inspecting each parameter change request to ensure a non-negative impact on the network performance.
• Received customer complaints and categorize them.
• Team Leading and good coordinating capabilities.
• Presentations ability and reporting to upper managements.
• Initiation to provide enhancements tools and methods to facilitate work flow.
