working in Consortium (BACS) with BECHTEL, CCC, ALMABANI and SIEMENS in Riyadh metro Network.
- Acted as company representative on construction site to ensure design specifications were met as per project specification.
- Develop discipline construction schedules, and monitoring progress
- Assist program manager in pricing and negotiating changes to the scope of work with client and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with program manager to determine number of hours required for successfully completion of project tasks.
- Develop project documentation, process and procedure required to support quality control and final project deliverables
- Chairs weekly job meetings and submittals summery of project progress and pending issues to program manager
- Leading the sequence of work for all the subcontractors on site with different systems such as conveying, Fire Alarm, BMS, clean agent and electromechanical systems with completion date for each activity
- Leading the MEP works related to the utilities under main roads.
- Leading and deeply supervision the work progress in site.
- Preparing the technical issues on site and reflected to technical team with proposed solution in considering the project specification and specs
- Leading and deeply supervision the shifting and off-loading the heavy equipment's in parallel with Rigging team on site.
- Preparing the look ahead schedule in parallel with planning team
- Solely responsible for all the construction work of MEP activities at the station.
- In charge of coordination between civil and MEP installation including the MEP clearance to proceed for finishing works.
- Supervision and coordination of the installation for the conveying system such as elevators & escalators.
- Perform responsibilities of implementation of tracking sheets for MEP works progress in daily basis.
- Closely monitored the work for the temporary power panels and temporary lighting inside the working zone and implementation of single line diagram for the temporary power connection.
- In charge and supervision of all the inspections with QC and track all the required documents for monthly invoice.
- Accountability of installation & takeoff of electrical/mechanical quantities.

-Oversee all the underground activities such as electrical, instrument and telecom underground and following the related civil works until complete the final finishing level, grounding system and Cathodic Protection System for mechanical valves and tanks with installation the related panels, junction box and rectifier transformer.
-Solely responsible for lighting system, cable pulling and cable termination for LV and MV panels and motors.
-Spearhead installation of MCS (Motor Control Station), lighting panel, power panel, welding socket and disconnect switch and pedestal panels for telecom system.
-Entrusted with the onus of submitting the inquiry for any errors in the drawings or details with proposed solutions.
-Perform responsibilities of implementation of tracking sheets for lighting systems, cable pulling, underground conduits, cable gland and termination.
-Liaise extensively with QA/QC department in implementing work quality procedure and take the final approval from consultant of the executed work.
-Administer all phases of project execution; approve engineering/design changes, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, consistently meet project deadlines and highest possible quality standards.
-Interface with the clients to understand their needs/requirements while assisting them for the required services and maintaining client relationships to build the future perceptiveness.
-Provide on-site management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements and are built in accordance with contract documents.

-Accountability of installation & takeoff of medium voltage cable ladder quantities.
-Tasked with following all the technical issues related to electrical rooms and panels’ installation.
-Efficiently liaised and coordinated with technical team and site team to supervise the execution of work at the site.
-Applied expertise in all 1st, 2nd and third fix installation of power system, lighting system and sensors, including pulling wires.
-Drove initiatives to rectify the errors of shop drawing and change it according to site condition in coordination with technical team and organized all systems on site before starting the installation on site to avoid any dual work.
-Formulated final site installation plan with accuracy and submitted to consultant for final approval.
-Closely monitored the maintenance work for the temporary power panels and temporary lighting inside the working zone.
-Actively involved in Erection, Calibration, Testing, and Commissioning of electrical instruments.
-Systematically got prepared and maintained documents specially Test Certificates, Drawings & Manuals for completion of project.
-Efficiently managed a group of Technicians and Contractors for preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.

-Took instrumental role in monitoring first fixed, second fixed and third fixed installation of lighting system, power system, cable Tray, cable ladder and cable trunk.
-Drove the efforts for loading, moving and installation of power transformers and ring main unit (RMU).
-Instrumental in installation of sub main panels, motor control center (MCC), variable frequency drive (VFD), controller of submersible pump with float switches, isolator switches and all electrical feeder distribution panels.

-Assumed total control of installation of DC Battery Charger and battery rack which supply the controller of Medium Voltage Switch Gear with all connection required.
-Proactively involved in preparing the progress reports, planning reports of look ahead of work, preparation of Variation order, BOQ, material supply request and local purchase request.
-Closely monitored efficiency related parameters, taking measurements, identification, reporting, and follow up of problems for rectification.
-Delivered leadership support in handling all necessary designing and installation activities as per project requirements.

-Played pivotal role in testing of power transformer (13.8KV to 400V), medium voltage cable (High potential test), motor winding and solo run test and load test of medium voltage generators (13.8KV)(4.2MW).
-Served key role in coordinating and supervising the commissioning of DC Battery Charger System, Including Battery discharge test and energizing the medium voltage system inside the projects.
-Mentored & guided an operational team, working inside the project.
-Organized various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance
-Identified and finalized the workforce ensuring quality supply of materials for effective project development.
