I am supervisor 20 owned company operated stations in Dammam, Sehat, Qatif, Rastanura, Jubail, Nariyah, Hassa and Hafer Al Batin. Monitoring of the outlets for the sales, profitability and customer services.
• Rigorous visits to the assigned area for ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Ensuring that orders are made as per the service level agreement (with operations dept.) and all products to be sold are at optimum level on the assigned stations
• Ensuring implementation of company’s HR policies and procedures, staff discipline, performance management and most importantly motivating the staff and helping them to reach their potential. (90 personnel including Filipinos, Pakistanis & Saudi Nationals).
• Communicating with all customers, resolving their issues and making sure that their experience at the stations is satisfactory.
• Inventory & supply chain management on the sites. Ensuring ample stock on the sites and inventory audits to comply.
