ANALYZER ENGINEER, SABIC, ALJUBAIL, KSA 2012 to current
1) Instrumentation engineer with experience of installation, commissioning, start up and maintenance of wide range of field instrument and online analyzers.
2) ANALYZER ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT. responsible for all the online analyzers project, for the stage of initiation, feasibility study, engineering study and design, technical evaluations and execution and finally site acceptance test.
3) ANALYZER PLANNING AND ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT. Implement the entire KPI SABIC standard. Planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the analyzer work activity using SAP.
4) RCM MEMBER: implement RCM program to build up a maintenance strategy for all the plant assets in order to determine what must be done to ensure that any physical asset continues to fulfill its intended functions in its present operating context.
5) SHEM IMPLEMENTATIONS: responsible to implement the Safety, Health and Environment standards and regulations. Moreover, was a member of the team to study the entire SHE critical list in ARRAZI.

Conversant with the operation, installation preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of the following online instruments:
1) GAS ANALYZERS
2) ENVIROMENTAL ANALYZERS
3) WATER ANALYZERS
• Review, prepare, and ensure the adherence of SOP/work-instructions during the execution of jobs - testing, analysis and maintenance tasks on analyzers.
• Provide technical support in carrying out and executing the most complex and specialized maintenance tasks on process analyzers to achieve maximum availability of the systems.
• Analyze and evaluate equipment performance, problems, and develop alternate solutions to difficult problems
• Assist in development, preparation and implementation of planned shutdown activities
• Assist department in identification, monitoring, & control of environmental aspect and impacts.
• Assist and coordinate in new project and MOC work activities.
• Produce daily / weekly / monthly maintenance plans in line of PM schedules and reported breakdown / shutdown maintenance jobs.
• Review the resource requirement (spares, work force, tools, vendor support etc)
Jubail industrial college (JIC) graduated with: 1- High diploma in Instrumentation and control engineering Technology with accumulative grade point average 3.23/4.0 in the year of 2006. 2- Bachelor in Instrumentation and control engineering Technology with accumulative grade point average 3.12/4.0 in the year of 2012.
