• Worked closely with business and corporate departments to define a list of events that cater to the goals, objectives, and long term strategies of ENOC and its related group businesses.
• Developed a group-wide annual events calendar for distribution internally and externally.
• Worked closely with internal Group Communications functions and relevant corporate and business departments/ teams to ensure smooth delivery of planned activities and maintain consistency of branding and positioning of the organization in the events.
• Prepared for and submitting post-event reports to senior management and relevant parties to ensure continuous improvement on implementation and budget allocation for events. Reports to include internal feedback on service delivery, participant and visitor feedback, as well as supplier feedback on development and execution of the respective projects and events.
• Developed and maintained policies and procedures for event management across the business to maintain a high standard of external presence across the ENOC group.
• Maintained a database of external suppliers and service providers for the group to utilize in order to maintain consistency of high quality output and reduce financial costs related to events.
• Worked closely with top management during events to provide them with the necessary tools and pieces of information they require to be fully informed and aware of the event, their responsibilities in it (if applicable), and any other related information that they require.
• Managed the photography and video resources within Group Communications and ensuring events are covered and the content of these activities is shared with the wider department for external publishing.
• Worked closely with the creative function within Group Communications to build and maintain a media library for internal and external use.

• Managed and organized customer signing ceremonies in coordination with ENOC Brand Department.
