• Job Description:
Ensure the network required services (Telecom, power, civil, securing) are completed on time and within budget, that the project's (tasks) objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-today business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
• Responsibilities:
• agreeing project objectives(all required enhancement for the network in a multitasks model)
• representing the client's or organization’s interests and achieving KPIs
• providing advice on the management of projects
• organizing and follow up the various professional people working on a project
• carrying out risk assessment
• making sure that all the aims of the projects are met
• making sure the client quality standards are met
• using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
• recruiting specialists and sub-contractors for additional works with direct supervision
• producing performance reports, planning, cost reports and revenue reports to the line manager monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Present meetings and summits and presented upcoming projects.
• Job Description:
Supervise and guide on daily bases the corrective and preventive maintenance teams to ensure the network operation continuity with the clearance of any environmental disturbance.
• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling all electromechanically alarms (Power & A/C)
• In addition of some of the telecommunication alarms such(VSWR, RX Diversity …)
• Responsible for preventive maintenance for all not telecommunication equipment.
• Submit reporting direct for client for cleared alarms with technical recommendation for permanent solutions.
• Follow up the preventive maintenance plan and receive and review the achieved reports beside the auditing visits.
• In addition of some pilot projects like:
• Installing batteries expansion racks for Etisalat
• Replacing all main distribution panels for VF sites in Cairo.

Installing and commissioning and triple shooting for the of DC power supply system of GSM networks.
• Responsibilities:
• Installing, testing, and replacement of battery banks system.
• Rectifier & UPS installation and commissioning in addition of maintenance for several types of it like (Saft, Lorain, Ascom…..etc).
Responsible of operation and maintenance for electrical equipment (medium & low voltage tension-Merlin Gerin & ABB) also the Control system (automatic & classic control, PLC-Klöckner Moeller & Siemens & SCADA system & fire alarm system) in addition of the preventive maintenance and the operation of day to day activities (Screen Boards, sound systems, lighting, ….etc) of site Covered Halls of Cairo Stadium that under supervising of Arab Contractors
• Responsible of the operation and electrical maintenance of water station & Sewage systems lines south of Saini cities
