I was employed in OmanLine company (Commercial Call Center (MENA Business Services) since July 2004 till February 2011 and I was employed as a Production Supervisor in Medical Transcription Department. My role was overall operational supervision during the scheduled shift of the production floor. Monitoring includes but is not limited to attendance, allotment of work, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), discipline, and morale.
Due to some problems in the company as it lost the contract and was not given the salary, I left the company and worked with several companies and had some experience in some positions as follow:

Personal Achievements:
Outstanding performer of the year 2006 from OmanLine company.
Best routing person award from OmanLine company (is given for my exceptional efforts and contribution to the growth of the company in 2nd of June 2007).
