Perform gap analysis related to ER data such as (payroll errors,
employees’ profile and HR-Digitalization etc..).
Handling all queries on payments from banks, employees, GOSI, and
Mudad (wage protection system).
Participant in employee on-boarding including account creation and
employee data.
Support Business day-to-day activities resolving SAP HR problems
(functional and technical).
Lead the Employees’ Investigations related to labor law.
Process annual ER activities such as (Ramadan bonus, update
employees’ leave quota, annual Housing allowance, and Ramadan work
schedule).
Receive and resolve employees’ questions, requests, grievances, out of
policy, and complaints regarding HR manners.
check outstanding benefits for departures, analyze system behaviour, and
validating settlements.
Renew expat employees’ contract and update release plan list.
Following up with managements in regards of employees’ probation
period.
Prepare different reports related to HR matters as requested by
management.
Receive and process invoices, claims, and receipts.
Serves as liaison between the (employees and various departments) and
the (organization with GOSI).
Continuous improvement of knowledge related to HR reporting,
regulations and standards.
Update eligibility of benefits where required and communicate with the
employee.
Develop and maintain various internal and public announcement models
and standard templates distributed for use by all in HR.
Keep employee records and document it as instructed, update the
records as required.
Ensure confidentiality of records and personal employee information.
Implement benefits as per set policies and procedures.
