• Participate in the development of the Administration’s objectives, goals, initiatives, plans, policies / procedures and supervise their execution.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation activities of employees and ensure their adherence to the guidelines and responsibilities assigned to them and that all activities are being conducted properly.
• Provide guidance and support to all employees in the execution of their work and ensure proper knowledge transfer to develop them and improve their performance.
• Evaluate contractor performance in monthly wise & prepare the monthly payment documents.
• Develop an annual maintenance plan for all of KAMC facilities, equipment, machinery and assets and oversee its implementation.
• Ensure that corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance by troubleshooting the cause of malfunctions using visual inspection, precision measuring and testing instruments and replacing or repairing broken parts.
• Ensure KAMC safety regulations are being adhered to at all times while conducting maintenance checks/tasks.

• 2007: Survey about Iron Ore in KSA
Highlight :
• Played a key role in upgrading and commissioning Central Air Compressors, Water Pumping System, Water Complex Automation and Ejector Hydraulic Power Pack Modification.
Key Responsibilities :
•Managing the operation and maintenance of all utilities systems and equipment related to compressedair& cooling water like air compressors, air dryers, water pumps, chillers, cooling towers…etc.
•Applying technical expertise in preventive maintenance, monitoring, inspection, commissioning, troubleshooting and overhauling.
•Reviewing system and equipment for proposing improvements and development to get better performance.
•Planning and scheduling of work assignments relating to preventive maintenanceand operating utilities systems to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
•Administering and forecasting yearly budget for the utilities department, monitoring the financial elements to achieve substantial reduction in operation and maintenance cost.
•Diagnosing operating problems and directing effective correction actions.
•Communicating effectively with various departments to review departmental forecasts periodically and ensuring consistency with annual projections.
•Monitoring overall activities of the employee’s safety, conducting all aspects of training material and performance reviews periodically to maintain a motivated team.
