• Partner with the category managers to review & update assortments of the assigned business units, considering the company strategy as well as space limitations.
• Develop merchandise financial plans of assigned business units to deliver sales, inventory & profit targets & Maximize ROII, in line with the commercial strategy & stores space.
• Define the appropriate approach to develop merchandise planning model for the assigned business units, in accordance with each business unit financials & constrains.
• Maintain assortment database updated with the most recent records, as per the master data file of trading SKUs
• Build & develop assortment plans of all regular, seasonal, promotional and new items, in addition to pre-season & post-season plans.
• Manage the process of item-location status updates in the way that ensures proper system control while executing assortment related data on RMS, in alignment with MDM.
• Work closely with the rest of the merchandising units to manage data updates & provide them with needed data & analytics on their respective areas of interest

Propose new, refit and existing stores for all APU concepts are laid out in accordance of company’s standards in collaboration with the NSO and the commercial teams.
Communicate the agreed store layout and merchandising plan to operations as per news store opening and refit schedules.
To work with operations and NSO operating teams in order to ensure store’s are actually laid out in conformance to agreed plans.
To maximize short and long term space sales and margin productivity by developing and maintaining a macro space allocation model using inputs from the business directors while taking into consideration the company’s strategic direction, growth potential and space productivity between categories.
Work closely with the planogram teams to capture optimal space requirements per store cluster and keep them abreast of changes in fixture specifications and store layouts etc.
