• Driving the recruitment process by taking responsibility and ownership for sourcing, pipe-lining and candidate selection up to and including the successful onboarding of candidates. Building up a candidate pool of talents.
• Supporting the EMEA HR team in general HR administrative processes such as drafting employment contracts and other documents, managing HR files, payroll administration, HR reports, vacation requests and sick leave authorization and the management of our in-house HR software. Back-up for absences.
• Provides advisory and coaching to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management.
• Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones.
• Manages own organization and succession planning.
• Develop & implement sales processes for data input for all systems
• Provide administrative/reporting assistance to Senior Management.
• Assist and provide admin support for special projects and acquisitions
• Ensuring all required Company tracking data is being maintained for reporting accuracy
• Encouraging and developing positive and thorough communication between all Catering Managers and Operations team
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports
• Escalate issues to management and ensure accurate report back
• Reconciliations on daily banking to be done and submitted to head office management daily
• Send reports as per cash procedure to the credit department at head office daily
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
.Follow Gateway clearance procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the GSOP procedures and safe working actions.
.prepare updated customer list for any held shipment before 4 hours from the arrival into the Gateway.
.Ensure the Gema tracing standards are met as per the Country & regional guidelines.
Provide excellent customer care to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem solving.
Ensuring all problems/complaints/queries is handled quickly, efficiently and tactfully.
Knowledge of retail policies and procedures in order to perform the essential duties.
Promote Bank services by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to customers & educate customers on alternative channels provided.
Monitoring service quality indicators and takes corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
