- Responsible to handle any complaints to keep on our guest satisfactions.
- Responsible to make strong database about our guest and Circle of acquaintances.
- Responsible to make daily report around any operation complaints then discussion it with GM.
- Create individual events for our regular guest.
Our Plan it was based on increases the guest traffic and keeps on specific level of guests.
Austria Franchise
- Setup the new Franchise Aida Vienna Cafe in KSA.
- Prepare and discuss the future business plan with the management to meet target and
performance expectations.
- Standardize the products processing methods to match and comply with the concept-level
standards.
- Initiates the Purchase Orders and follow-up with brand head office (Vienna).
- Responsible for managing the Inventory, where I setup the Par-level and the re-order quantity
for each item.
- Responsible for pricing procedures of all the food and beverage menus.
- Responsible for hiring necessary staff to ensure optimum, efficient and smooth operations.
- Setup training plans for staff to ensure compliance with the standards and best practices in the
food & beverage industry.
The strength and main point is the guest relation performance.
- Create, monitor and control operational plans for my store including staffing levels and stock
levels with an eye to maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Use accurate reporting and actively seek customer feedback to monitor the performance of my
store and analyses trends so that I can adapt the operation best to meet the needs of the
market.
- Responsible to create attraction events weekly.
