Worked as owner (CBK) representative engineer at administrative and services department
Scope of work .
Review TORs and maintenance contracts to prepare a detailed study for them to evaluate their competency, according to the technical requirements.
Studying tenders and make comparison between participated companies.
Correspondences work to the other departments and companies.
Following up the maintenance process at site and follow up tenants complain.
Appealing Internal memos to the superiors.
- Worked as a facility/maintenance (MEP) systems engineer.(Owner representative engineer). Scope of works and tasks: 1-Purchsing spare parts for MEP systems by bringing quotations, studying them and preparing comparison sheets that display the prices and specifications to determine how far introduced quotations are matching with the requirements.
2- Observing operation and maintenance processes that are carried out at site.
3- Preparing owner correspondence Arabic/ English to the other parties.
4- Preparing bid technical specifications for maintenance contracts.
5-Participated in saving energy program of the facility.
6-Checking and assuring the quality of spare parts that are provided to the site for all systems (HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, electrical)
