• Saved more than SR 30 million which contributed to the revenue growth of 65% and 40% in two consecutive years up from 2019 via development of financial road map to revamp financial foundations, Supply Chain efficiency improvement and Cost control & Savings.

• Headed the new ERP implementation ( SAP ) committee negotiating contracts, defining scope, alignment of polices & procedures and launching implementation.

• Updated Authority Matrix, policies & procedures and brought discipline to Finance & SC departments.

Responsible for all Support Services Departments including Finance & Accounting, Insurance Department. SR 2+ billion turnover, SR 6 billion ongoing projects & 30, 000 employees, 2 Accounting Managers reporting to Finance Manager and finance team is about 22 +, reporting directly to Chairman. Three major sectors: Roads & Infrastructure, Railway and Construction.

Main Tasks:

- Prepare for IPO in 2012.
- Apply new policies & Procedure and new authority matrix.
- Project Finance, Treasury, Cash flow Planning.
- Implement new ERP system (Oracle ).
- Develop employees, cost control, Annual Budgets & Capital budgeting and management reports
& financial Analysis.
- Costing & financial control of production units.

- I worked as acting Audit Manager for ERNST & YOUNG “Damascus office “, my duties were to help the staff to finalize all open jobs related to previous retired E&Y management, also to handle and keep relationships with all client portfolio of Damascus office, additionally, to follow up for collections, and finally to report and communicate with Managing Partner.

- I transferred to ERNST & YOUNG " Kuwait office " as Secondement temporary basis to participate in special assignment called AUP.

- I was a team Supervisor for a 100% review of consumer loans of one of the biggest banks in Kuwait between my team and the assignment Manager, also I was helping my team members to resolve all raised issues, consolidate all their workings and then report to assignment Manager.
