--> Proposal writing, responding to Request for proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), POCs.

--> Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these. opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.
--> Monitors and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
--> Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
Deploying Microsoft solutions to client machines using MDT and SCCM softwares.
Working on Microsoft Software Asset Management (SAM) Projects for the government entities.
Provides training on Microsoft solutions to customers
Write and prepare customized user manual for our customers
