• Working with the CFO, build, lead and manage the finance team Prepare, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards as prescribed by the CFO.
• Consolidate the financial results with the subsidiary as required and periodic finance-related processes and reconciliations such as, A/P, inventory, cash & bank and Payroll Review of all ledgers on monthly basis.
• Review the work of other accountants, Journals and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting finance legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective and efficient books of records
• Co-ordinate with external auditors and ensure timely preparation of the financial statements.
• Liaise with Bank on day to day basis Liaise with managerial staff, and suppliers.
• Ensure the safekeeping and updating of all contracts and all other legal records and documents.
• Monitoring income and expenses as per budget and previous year.
• Creditors management and ensure payments on time.
• Staff training development, recommending special courses for skills enhancement.
• Carry out any additional duties that the management assigns within the scope of the department.
