Drive, support, and manage implementation of all security programs such as physical security, business continuity planning, crisis management, emergency preparedness and fire protection, personnel safety, disaster recovery
•Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities. Maintain written logs as required by the post
•Planning and managing projects, design a fully network processes and systems aligned with an ideal organizational structure.
•Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors, and approved system users.
•Provide technical support and consultation for enhancement and change to security configuration
•Installing and training of a complete security system ( Cisco switches, IP Cameras, fire system, intrusion alarm, audio visual)
Set sales strategies and held one on one sessions with team members
•Applied SWOT analysis, and performed several training
•Planned and organized CSR projects and studied each outcome to improve CSR status
•Design an overall youth awareness on setting goals that included 5000 students
• Set monthly shift schedules for 100 interns with equal amount of hours in different departments
