• Manage the project for construction of SEP 550 self-elevating barge in the NPCC yard as part of the company's USD 500 million fleet expansion plan. Project value: USD 100 million.

• Manage interdepartmental interfaces among project management team, fabrication & painting shops, engineering, quality control, safety and stores to achieve project objectives of specifications, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Prepare construction schedules in consultation with yard nominees for the project - PEM, project control manager and construction manager. Provide required work packages, procedures & method statements for various construction activities.
• Monitor progress of work against various subcontracts. Ensure receipt review & approval of subcontract deliverables on time. Organize weekly reviews for identifying and resolving technical issues. Review & approve progress, interim and final payment requests.
• Track all packages executed in-house & through subcontracts, identify potential conflicts, disputes, delays and areas of concern, changing priorities and contingencies and facilitate formulation & implementation of corrective & risk mitigation measures.
• Follow up with certification agencies for obtaining endorsements as per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate all activities related to final documentation, close-out and facilitate review & documentation of lessons learnt.
