-Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues. Talking staff or
clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set
up
systems or resolve issues.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting systems, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults.
-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
-Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other
professionals, such as software developers.
- Advise user on appropriate action.
-Redirect problems to correct resource team.

Install Mini-Link TN 2p, 6p & 20p magazines and zte.
Upgrade Mini-Link TN software baseline and Upgrade Transmission from 1+0 radio system to 1+1 and more.
Install RBS 2206, 2216, 2116, 6102 and 6101
Installation of Ericsson’s Emerson Rectifier Cabinet, flat back and ZTE AND its connection to termination of DC cables from the RBS 2000/3000/6000 TRM and from the Main Supply.
Installation of signal cables, power cables, TWISTED PAIR and coaxial cables.
Performed Antenna alignment or panning to get the calculated RSL as per binder.
Configure IDB using OMT software program for RBS 2000&6000 series.
Troubleshoot problems during hardware and software faults and apply Corrective actions POWER &TELECOMM.
Conduct Antenna sweep test (VSWR, Return Loss, DTF) by using Agilent & Anritsu site Master.
Perform acceptance test together with the clients.

• Job Description & Duties: ❖ Manage Process Input for Technical Support i.e. Trouble-Tickets from Radio Performance, OMC Transmission.
❖ Fault analyses in cooperation with OMC and Supporting Field Service Technicians.
❖ Support the regular KPI review such as: sleeping (blocking) cells, seizure failure, Reporting to Office Managers
❖ Addition / deletion of hardware configurations from OMC.
