PROJECT MANAGER for project of AL TAIF - AL BAHA WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM-ARADA PUMP STATION as a subcontractor and responsible of a team of Engineers and Inspectors.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1- Manage a group team of 21 persons consist of 6 engineers, 4 inspectors, 3 surveyors, 3 drivers, 1 purchaser, 1 accountant, 1 safety officer, 1 guard and 1 tea boy.
2- Manage 6 engineers in all disciplines as following:
construction manager, QA\QC engineer, site engineer, quantity surveyor engineer, MEP engineer and Elect. engineer.
3- Arrange with main contractor and consultant to supervise the work items as per specs., MOS. and AFC. drawings.
4- Arrange for monthly meeting with all project parties to discuss the progress schedule and the issues faces the works and expectations for next month.
5- Following all documentation work doing and revisions.
6- Direct my team to control the subcontractors and materials suppliers as per specs., MOS. and AFC. drawings.
7- Confide the payments for all subcontractors and time sheets for employers and Invoices.
PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK :

1- Construction of 21 steel structure buildings which cover Excavation, Cast in situ Concrete Foundations and Steel skeleton super structure erection.
2- Infrastructure works at site layout which cover Sewage/Storm drainage system, Water/Fire Fighting system and 11 damp-proofing concrete valve chambers.
3- Landscaping processes for General Layout.
PROJECT MANAGER of the project of Construction of Radio & Television Center in Al-Baha city for Ministry of Culture and Information.
I responsible of :
- supervised my team for Q.C\Q.A.
- communicate with consultant and client.
- manage the progress of work as per time schedule.
- control all financials as per budget and cash flow chart.
- prepare the quantity surveying and payment certificate.
