Responsibilities

1- I'm the first person responsible for financial targets for the department.

2- Preparing a complete business plan by customers.

3- Responsible for making the division's products availability and choose the best for marketing
With coordination with marketing division, also follow up the stock level.

4- Responsible for all sales channels (whole sale, semi whole sale, supermarkets, retails)

5- Responsible for BDA's with top regional customers.

6- Managing the annual promo calendar in collaboration with the marketing department.

8- Ensuring leadership in visibility and presence versus competition.

9- Lead a sales team to exceed sales levels through the effective deployment and motivation

10- Lead Sales Team meetings as per business needs on systematic base.

11- I consider myself the middle man between the company and the customers, and between the suppliers and the customers, and between the marketing team and the sales team, as well as between my team and the rest of the company's divisions (the warehouse, accounts, personnel and the maintenance workshop.

12- Responsible for monthly sales incentive for whole team
