Receiving workload for various machines from Production Planning.
Checking and scheduling work according to the priority schedule.
Distributing jobs / workload and special instructions to supervisor, General Foreman and Machine Load Scheduler.
Checking Primary and Secondary Machines Production Reports and Output.
Follow up for the projects within the targeted completion dates.
Reporting to operation manager.
Communication with Operations, Sales / Mktg. and Projects Managers. Production Planning, Materials, Galvanizing, Shipping, Purchasing, Finance and Administration department.
Also handles Proto- Assembly of transmission & telecom towers.
Follow -ups for materials, assembling, recognizing the errors, rectification & transfer of these materials for galvanizing.
Co-ordinates with Engineering, manufacturing, projects, production planning departments etc…
