1) Responsible to operate unit and performed a job with safely by following system operating.
2) Worked with contractors to ensure job tasks were being performed safely and correctly.
3) Cleaned and maintained pumps, generators, valves, and compressors on a routine basis.
4) Replaced empty gas cylinders with full ones.
5) Taking care of Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit / Unsaturated Gas Plant / Propylene Recovery unit.
That’s include Gas to Liquid System, Propane Propylene
Splitting System, Propylene Polishing System, Flue Gas System, Reactor Regenerator System, Main Fractionator System & Naphtha Splitting System.
6) Performed first line maintenance (Strainer cleaning, rectify leaking point, topping up lube oil and pump greasing).
7) Performed process isolation for maintenance job and shut- down activity.
8) Prepare blind list for equipment handover to maintenance team.
9) Doing leak check at vessel, column and heat exchangers.
10) Adjusted valves, pressures, RPMs, flow rates, and temperatures to ensure quality of finished products.
