In my current role, I manage commercial relationships with assigned accounts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMA), ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. My primary responsibilities include understanding client priorities and needs, which I transform into business opportunities. By collaborating with departments such as Consulting, Technology, and Marketing, I help develop and present solutions that address clients' business issues.

One of my key accomplishments in this role has been effectively managing contract renewals and subscriptions, ensuring continuous service delivery. I constantly monitor client satisfaction, working closely with the Sales Director to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. My role also involves timely updating the CRM platform regarding opportunity pipelines, contacts, and call plans to ensure accurate and current data management.

Moreover, I have conducted extensive studies and analyses of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Region, including countries like KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, Turkey, Egypt, and Algeria, which has enabled me to respond efficiently to routine consumer inquiries and provide valuable insights to our clients.

In my previous role as a Data Expert and Clients Services Specialist, I played a crucial role in adding new data sources by integrating new suppliers, which enhanced the breadth and quality of our data. I developed company systems to reduce data leakage, significantly improving data security. My responsibilities included processing and analyzing drug and pharmaceutical data collected from various sources, standardizing raw data, and conducting necessary quality checks.

I also monitored sales trends, investigated anomalies, and coordinated with data suppliers and collection teams to ensure data accuracy. Conducting desk research on drug information and working closely with the commercial team to provide prompt feedback on data queries were also key aspects of my role. My work involved extensive study and analysis of the Gulf Region, particularly KSA, UAE, and Kuwait, enabling me to respond efficiently to consumer inquiries.
