    HR management field, our work usually lies on training new employees, train and develop employees, also provide on-job training with experienced employees, or of-job training where we send employees to receive training, we also are incharge off fieldwork for students of collage and university, the job has so many field of work related to training and development, as well I was multi-tasking, however the job is a team work each does his own part, within the Training Center, because corporation and teamwork is the best way to get results done, we also have conversation, discuss various topics and things to learn either within the job, or related, or even events, which socializing is part of team building, also socializing getting to know experienced employees that are fit to give lectures and mentally prepared to do so, it's getting to know best and experience engineers and technicians that able to transform knowledge into new employees, write training program in word or PowerPoint to be able to later to present it in projector for PowerPoint and print copies for trainees during their training so it saves time and make them focus in the class, always keep records of training, send reports to HQ, receive and answer requests from HQ of Training center.

    So coordinating training, preparing training program, having questionnaires regarding on training and trainees to be answered for feedback, entering information for those who receive training what type of training and when it is accomplished, handling the monthly supplies for Training Center, Verifying the trainers of their upcoming training, if busy then give next possible trainer qualified, giving attendance to trainees to manage their classes, giving the trainees either from employees in MEW or students of Kuwait university their classes to specific trainer of their field, using the information stored in the computer to give report to the line manager when they requesting it,
