Duties and responsibilities
➢ Installed operated and maintained multiple platforms servers with 24/7 service, ensuring 100% uptime to promote Availability and efficiency of applications. Met all internal Management and User demands quickly, identifying and repairing facilities' problems with quality service delivery (maintained a 95% clarity case close rate)
➢ Administration of HMIS (health management information system) DMS application (installation, troubleshooting, user training etc.)
➢ Administration of FMIS (Finance management information system) DMS application (installation, troubleshooting, user training etc.)
➢ Implementing E-file system the first hospital in whole kingdom using electronic file 100%
➢ Data Center Management: Experience with Information Systems, electrical and mechanical systems in use in a data center environment including transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, PDU / PMM units and CRAC units.
➢ Administration and maintenance of the daily operations of network and network security. Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 21 Windows 2008 servers, and around 250 Windows 7 nodes.
➢ Implementing Domain, Active Directory Infra structure, local security policies, group policies, DNS & DHCP.
➢ Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain server-based applications running on the Network including MS Exchange, SQL Server, and IIS

➢ Running an application called IFA system GA, it's an Electronic medical record system which makes our hospital to run paperless and makes patient work flow
