I responsible for:
• All branches of the company, they was about 16 branch in Cairo, Alex and north coast .troubleshoot and solving their maintenance problems, increasing their capability for work and service
 REHANA factory_ it’s located in 6th October city_ I deal with all its equipment’s like(rotary ovens- convocation ovens -Dec ovens- bakery production line “Koenig”-mixers -shelters-walk in blast freezers-ice makers-freezing and ref. rooms - proofers - slicers - electric distributed panel )
 Walk-in blast freezer: is the most capable, powerful, Massive construction, maximum cooling capacity, innovative evaporator constructions and intelligent air flow freezers in the world
 All these characteristics are combined in an impressive manner in the KOMA Industrial Blast Freezer “IBF”.
 bakery production line “Koenig” is the newest line in the middle east for mixing, dividing, rounding, proving, stamping and baking.it work with PL C control

