- Participate in loop test, function test pre-commissioning and commissioning Activities
- Generates Punch list for project
- Prepare Maintenance Work Instruction for all instrument
- Review 2 years spare parts plan for the refinery
i.Follow up Instrument Maintenance Program corrective & defective for Global Maintenance Program.
ii.Follow up all field Instrument Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure Transmitters & Indicators, Control Valves & all attachment equipments, Safety Valves, Switches, Multiplexers, Planed & Un-Planed Maintenance in the Production units.
iii. Make Calibration tests of the Planed & Un-Planed instrumentation Valves, Sensors and Transmitters.
iv. Review work orders and determine maintenance and repairs priorities in consultation with related sections. Prepare detailed work programs of preventive maintenance schedules for instrument, in conjunction with the other sections and the other plant areas.
v. Lucky to be in the team of the SAT of MIDOR DCS Modernization project with Honeywell vendors and made most of I/O’s functional test and loop check
