Responsible for identifying the areas of improvements in various organisations and industry sectors by observing, networking, volunteering and leading new projects.

Managing technical competence building, resource management evaluations as well as actively setting up team’s appraisal and goals.
Implementing project management methodologies to manage projects through to completion, within budget, on time and with superior quality.
Responsible for the organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities, defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring the change progress.
