Currently leading the execution of ICT and Security System installations across the CLH Zone of the Red Sea Project, ensuring full compliance with HCIS-2017 standards, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and RSG technical specifications.
Manage the installation, integration, and commissioning of IP-CCTV, Access Control, IP Intercom, Structured Cabling, Active Network Infrastructure, and Video Wall Systems, following TIA/EIA-568, IEC, ISO/IEC, and RSG standards.
Oversee the deployment and I/O mapping of multiple security and access systems, including IDAS (MIDS, FOPPS, CCTV - Class 1 & 2), VASS (CCTV - Class 1 to Class 4), ANPR/ALPR, SACS/IDMS, and A1 Fence Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), strictly as per IFC drawings, RSG security guidelines, and integration requirements.
Supervise termination, labeling, grounding, and continuity testing for both fiber optic and copper structured cabling, aligned with RSG, CITC, and international standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers for the configuration and commissioning of systems, including Milestone VMS, SALTO Access Control, IPIXA IP Intercom, Cisco/HPE Aruba Network Switches, Axis IP Cameras, and other ICT devices.
Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and full system integration testing, covering servers, storage, control panels, field devices, fire alarm and firefighting instrumentation, ensuring full operational readiness and compliance with ISO 9001, HCIS, and project specifications.
Oversee integration of fire alarm and firefighting instrumentation systems with CCTV, access control, and Milestone VMS, enabling automated alerts, monitoring, and centralized reporting for security and safety operations.
Implement advanced integration of IoT devices including A1 Fence PIDS, sensors, and access control triggers into CCTV and Milestone VMS, achieving real-time monitoring, intrusion alerts, and unified security dashboards.
Collaborate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure proper routing of ICT, security, and fire cabling through trenches, ducts, manholes, cable trays, and equipment rooms, maintaining project compliance and system reliability.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), as-built drawings, red-line markups, and BOQ submissions, ensuring smooth approvals from consultants and RSG.
Manage site inspections, snag list closures, technical coordination, and handover activities, ensuring fully operational systems with redundancy, cybersecurity compliance, and high availability, supporting critical infrastructure resilience.
Involved in project planning, material take-offs, vendor management, and BOQ verification, working with international vendors and suppliers including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Milestone, Axis, SALTO, Excel, Mayflex, and IPIXA, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and best-practice execution.
