• Managing all projects of the company regarding SAFETY & SECURITY ( 6 on
going projects )
• Risk assessment for all the projects within the company .
• Safety plan for all the going projects with respect to the international code of safety .
• Daily and weekly and monthly reports performed to be held to the CEO .
• Daily instructions according to the activities going in every project .

SECURING 1500 HECTARS OF BUILDINGS AND LANDSCAPE AND, ASSETS AND EQUIPMENTS AND CONTROLLING ALL GATES . RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAY ROLE OF ALL SECURITY STAFF, ATTENDANCE AND EVALUATIONS.
* Manage the site security staff consisting 2 senior supervisors, 4 supervisors and 55 guards.
* Responsible for securing the 3billion EGP, 11, 000 hectare site situated on the Misr Suez Road.
* Responsible for security staff payroll, work shifts and onsite accommodation.
* Consulting with the Military Commander of the Misr Suez Road, local Police Stations and the General Manager of the local electricity department.
* Provide daily instructions to guards and supervisors.
* Follow-up and monitor security staff to ensure assigned duties have been completed.

graduated from a language high school , then graduated from the police academy , then worked in the police force for more than 10 years and afterwards more than 9 years in the security and safety management of cooperates .
